At Styled By Shoeman, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every piece you purchase. If your order isn’t the perfect fit, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange.

Please review our policy below to ensure your item is eligible.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • In its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Custom Orders: As these pieces are created specifically to your specifications, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • International Orders: At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States. All international sales are final.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our team via email.

  2. Subject Line: Return Request - [Your Order Number]

  3. Details: Please include your Order Number and the specific reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
