At Styled By Shoeman, we are committed to delivering high-quality streetwear directly to your door. We prioritize transparency and efficiency to ensure you know exactly when to expect your new gear.

Order Processing & Handling

We take pride in our products. To minimize waste and ensure quality, many of our items are made-to-order.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and quality-checked before shipment.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been prepared and the shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier's initial scan.

Once your order leaves our facility, the time it takes to reach you depends on your location.

Shipping Destinations

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers worldwide.

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We successfully ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

  • International: We ship globally. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their country's regulations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Time Sensitive: Address changes and cancellations can only be processed if we are notified before your order has completed the handling/production phase.

  • How to Request: Email us at admin@styledbyshoeman.com with the subject line "URGENT: Change Order #[Your Order Number]".

Once an order has entered the shipping process or left our facility, we are unable to make any changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.

  • Lost Packages: In the event that a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to provide a resolution.
